The 316 Club celebrated its 25th Anniversary on Tuesday 6th October 2015 at the Priory in Little Wymondley, Hertfordshire. A drink and canapes reception, followed by a celebratory lunch, was enjoyed by a total of 150 members, their partners and invited guests.
The event was opened by the Chairman of the 316 Club, Martin Peach, who welcomed everyone to the event and proposed the toast to the Club. After lunch, Keith Garden, the Deputy Managing Director of MBDA responded with a speech reminding us of the events that happened when the club was formed 25 years ago and the achievements that the Club and Company have achieved since then. Alan Davies rounded off the event with an amusing talk on the subject of “Grumpy Old Men”.
The order of events for the day as well as the speeches from Martin Peach and Keith Garden can be viewed via the following links:-
Chris Miles from the MBDA Photographic Department was on hand to record the event and a selection of his photographs are provided in the gallery below. A DVD of these photographs is available on request.
